A compact refueling trailer is environmentally sustainable and user-friendly for small airports. It can be supplied up to 3000 liters.
Our durable refueling stairs, constructed from aluminum alloy or Steel, are designed for the refueling of all aircraft types. They are lightweight, easily maneuverable, and readily deployable.
Compatible with all airport types and tank capacities up to 10,000 liters, the carts are towable by various vehicles and ground support equipment. Their small design ensures optimal maneuverability and minimizes parking requirements, which are sometimes problematic in airport airside operations.
In association with hansaconsult Germany, Airfuel builds several sized TVCS carts that is essential to perform the Tightness Control integrity testing required for the Hydrant Systems. The equipment can be mounted on a motorized chassis or a towable trailer.
Airfuel hydrant pit cleaners are engineered to clean, rinse, and vacuum hydrant pits, as well as perform essential maintenance on valve vaults, to guarantee optimal service quality. For this purpose, they are outfitted with rinse and suction slugs, as well as an air gun for drying the hydrant pit. Our hydrant pit cleaners are fully autonomous, equipped with an onboard compressor, and do not necessitate any additional energy source. The equipment can be mounted on a motorized chassis or a towable trailer.
Compact Hydrant Carts facilitate airplane refueling operations at
airports equipped with a hydrant system. It can be stationed near
the aircraft parking stands to facilitate rapid connections and
refueling of aircraft. The refueller can service a diverse array of
aircraft, including those classified up to E codes, with a flow rate
of up to 4000 l/min.
Towable by all vehicle types fitted with a tow bar and available with
fixed or elevating fueling stairs as options.
The skid-mounted process units offer the same advantages and functionalities as the skid-mounted systems (modular systems), although with additional capabilities. The Process unit is capable of executing all refuelling procedures, making it a compact solution tailored for smaller airports and refuelling facilities, encompassing all necessary processes within a single unit. A standard Refuelling Process Unit comprises: Unloading Systems, Storage, Sampling, Loading, and related
systems including Control and Fire Protection.
The shipping container is a versatile, modular component that
provides an excellent foundation for the creation of mobile fuelling
units, commonly referred to as skids.
