About the role:	Airfuel is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Automation Engineer to join our team and support hansaconsult activities. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical and control systems, with the ability to manage both technical office tasks and onsite activities. This role requires expertise in design, maintenance, and construction of electrical automation systems, as well as the ability to manage tenders, interact with clients, and work independently
Responsibilities:	1. Technical Tasks: • Design and develop electrical systems, including single-line diagrams, control architectures, and PLC programming. • Perform power consumption and load calculations. • Create wiring diagrams, panel designs, and technical documentation using EPlan and other electrical CAD software. • Implement and troubleshoot Siemens control systems, including (but not limited to) S7-400H modules, redundant systems, and fail-safe systems. • Supervise and build electrical and control panels. • Maintain and upgrade SCADA systems, control panels, and associated network communication systems (FOC, Profibus, Profinet, etc.). 2. Site Activities: • Perform onsite maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and automation systems. • Mobilize to various project sites within or outside Egypt as required. • Oversee site construction and commissioning activities. 3. Tender and Client Management: • Study and price new tenders, ensuring accurate cost estimation and technical feasibility. • Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide technical support. • Prepare and present proposals and reports. 4. Development and Compliance: • Follow and contribute to a personal development plan to enhance skills, including smart wiring using EPlan. • Stay updated on industry advancements and apply new knowledge to ongoing projects. • Ensure compliance with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Planner, Outlook, Office) for documentation, collaboration, and task management. 5. Communication and Support: • Provide excellent customer support, addressing client needs promptly and professionally. • Foster strong communication within the team and with external stakeholders
Qualifications:	• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Automation, or a related field. Technical Expertise: • Strong knowledge of PLC programming and WinCC. • Proficiency in EPlan and other electrical CAD software. • Experience with Siemens control systems, redundant/fail-safe systems, and network design (FOC, Profibus, Profinet). • Familiarity with electrical motor systems, SCADA systems, and control panel design. • Software Skills: knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform (Teams, Planner, Outlook, Office). • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, client support, and organizational skills. Personal Attributes: • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong commitment to administrative discipline and attention to detail. • Willingness to travel and work on diverse project sites. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies.
