About the role: We are looking for a highly organized and versatile Office Administrator to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional office administration and requires a professional who is ready to mobilize and actively participate in various disciplines such as finance, procurement, IT, client relations, and project-site visits. Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization. 
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain office documentation. 
Serve as a liaison between departments to support seamless communication. 
Multidisciplinary Tasks 
Finance: Support budget monitoring, expense management, and basic financial reporting. 
Procurement: Coordinate purchasing, vendor management, and inventory tracking. 
IT: Assist with troubleshooting, equipment management, and liaising with IT service providers. 
Client Relations: Maintain excellent client relationships by addressing inquiries and coordinating communications. 
Project Site Engagement 
Visit project sites as needed to oversee administrative and logistical tasks. 
Ensure compliance with operational processes at project locations. 
Provide on-site support to project teams, including document management and vendor coordination. 
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). 
Proven office administration experience with finance, procurement, or IT tasks. 
Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required. 
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. 
Summary: 
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with ERP systems is a plus. 
A valid driver’s license and mobility for project site visits.
